The Terms and Conditions of use of the online store skydive.md are applicable to orders for the purchase of products/services offered by A.O. Parachuting Federation of the Republic of Moldova through the skydive.md website
For the proper use of the website, we recommend that you carefully familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.
- General Provisions
This website is owned by “A.O. Parachuting Federation of the Republic of Moldova”. By registering the order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions of sale of goods/products and/or rendering of services which are based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter – Terms and Conditions) presented below.
The use of the skydive.md website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by “A.O. Parachuting Federation of the Republic of Moldova”, in accordance with the Law no.284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relations between the Customer and the Seller are established on the basis of the Law no.105/2003 on the Protection of Consumer Rights, and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the given Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor the changes.
- Protection of personal data
By using the skydive.md website you automatically consent to the collection and processing of personal data, which is necessary for the processing/confirmation/execution of orders.
Personal data is only processed for legitimate purposes, such as to provide the products you order, promotions, google analytics, cookies and newsletter notifications.
All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions set out in Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.
We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the correct use of the information on the site. Transmission of data over the Internet or wireless networks cannot be completely secure. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information we provide to the Buyer, so the Buyer will do so at its own risk.
- Order registration and payment
Orders can be paid by payment card
Online payment is made in maximum security using the payment card as payment instrument, which allows online transactions. After payment you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.
The payment processor uses a secure system, based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to authenticating shoppers in secure online transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user at checkout to a secure maib page where authentication of each cardholder is done by assigning a unique one-time code for each online transaction.
Reimbursement of funds shall be made only on the payment card that was used for the purchase.
To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. This information is transferred in accordance with all the necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on a specialized payment system server.
The following data will be required for payment:
- Card number (16 digits)
- Expiry date (month and year)
- CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
- Name and surname on payment card
All payments are processed in the national currency – MDL (Moldovan Lei). If the currency of the operation differs from the currency of the payment, the conversion of the amount of the operation is carried out according to the exchange rate of the issuing bank for card operations on the settlement day.
- Service delivery – skydiving course
The delivery of the course on the territory of the Republic of Moldova is carried out within 12 months from the payment of the order by the beneficiary. After the payment of the order, the beneficiary is obliged to contact the Parachuting Federation of the Republic of Moldova at the number 068 760 760 760 (or the number indicated when placing the order) in order to set the date and time of the tandem skydiving course.
The delivery date of the subsequent course may be postponed in certain isolated situations (e.g. flight bans, unfavorable weather conditions, unforeseen technical problems, etc.). We will notify you if we encounter one of the isolated situations in advance.
After purchasing services the customer will receive a voucher by email.
- Right to return
According to the notion of the Act No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013 on Consumer Protection The Buyer has the right to return the purchased product/goods for certain reasons within 14 days from the day of payment. The funds are returned to the card on which the purchase was made.

- Privacy policy
In accordance with the provisions of Law No.133/2011 on the protection of personal data, the service provider processes personal data. The personal data is processed in good faith and is done under and in accordance with the legal provisions. The processing of personal data is carried out by mixed means (automated and manual), in compliance with legal requirements and in conditions that ensure security, confidentiality and respect for the rights of data subjects.
The supplier collects and processes only the personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: name, surname, telephone number, address, postal address.
Personal data is used exclusively for the purpose of administering the website, to allow access to special information, to deliver orders or to contact the consumer in order to execute the delivery. Users and consumers hereby acknowledge that their personal data (name, surname, telephone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used. The Service Provider processes the personal data of users and consumers that are provided by browsing, using and registering on the https://skydive.md website.
Any information provided by the users and consumers of the https:// skydive.md website will be considered and will represent their express consent to the use of their personal data by the Provider.
The Provider will not disclose to a third party any of the data held without the consent of the data subjects and will not commercialize, exchange, divulge these data with other persons, with the exceptions provided for by the legislation in force (at the request of public state institutions, law enforcement bodies, courts of law, also authorized to process personal data).
Personal data may also be processed and used by the Provider for further statistical and promotional purposes.
The service provider shall comply with the personal data security requirements and ensure the protection of consumer data and protect it from being lost, destroyed, distorted/ falsified or disclosed to third parties.
Employees of the service provider are obliged to respect the confidentiality of consumers’ personal data. The processing of personal data will be carried out by the Service Provider’s processor.
The Provider shall use security methods and technologies in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
The provider does not collect transaction information such as card number, expiration date, country of origin.
